We are currently looking to expand our pool of experienced facilitators in this region, and invite tenured business professionals who are interested in contributing in an independent consulting capacity. We are particularly interested in Singapore-based applicants with expertise in sales and leadership, who are willingness to work regionally.

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for preparing and facilitating training our proprietary programs and workshops to clients from a variety of industry sectors. You will also work alongside our sales associates to develop customized solutions and implement post-training reinforcement and coaching activities. Delivery modalities may include the classroom, virtual learning and individual coaching.

• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Several years experience facilitating soft-skills training in a business environment is preferred
• Experience in B-to-B sales, with a consistent record of quota achievement
• 5 or more years in a management role, ideally with cross-functional responsibility
• Fluent oral and written English (Cantonese/Mandarin would be a plus)
• The ability to travel up to 60% of the time, if required
• Instructional design expertise would be an advantage!
