About Kendall Kerekes Kendall 有超過10年以上的績效評估/改進及變革管理的經驗。他過去的經驗包含企業的顧問、企業專案經理及在不同的產業擔任人力資源部的高階主管。過去也曾經提供不同的策略觀點來幫助客戶於人力資本、策略分析、及數據分析。Kendall 擁有UC San Bernardino 的碩士學位 ( Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology) 及Westmont College的學士學位 (Psychology)。Kendall也被Philip ROI Methodology認證,他之前也是American Society for Training & Development (ASTD - 美國訓練與發展協會) 的成員之一,主要的強項是在訓練的評估及投資報酬率

About Kendall Kerekes Kendall has more than a decade of performance assessment/improvement and change management experience. Throughout her career as an individual practitioner, business project manager and Human Resources executive in various industries, she has provided a broad strategic perspective to assist clients with various Human Capital, Strategy, Statistical, Analytical and Reporting needs. Kendall holds a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from UC San Bernardino, and a BA in Psychology from Westmont College. She’s certified in the Phillip’s ROI Methodology and is on the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board. She was also a previous board member of ASTD ICE, specializing in Measurement/Evaluation/ROI.
